Parkhill Out of School Club Secures Registration with the Care Inspectorate
Parkhill Out of School Club has officially been registered with the Care Inspectorate, marking an important milestone as preparations continue to deliver a school aged childcare services for Parkhill Primary School.
Emma Rowe, Childcare Manager is going to be overseeing the opening and development of this service, while her colleague is on maternity leave. Emma has been working for the service for over 15 years and have most recently been managing a large cluster of services in the Kirkcaldy Area, so she will be able to bring my knowledge and experience of these services with her.
Recruitment for the staff team is now underway, with interviews taking place over the coming weeks. The club aims to appoint a Senior Childcare Practitioner and two Childcare Practitioners to support the delivery of high‑quality childcare. Once operational, Parkhill Out of School Club will offer both breakfast and after‑school sessions, all based within the dining hall at Parkhill Primary School and a local holiday club during school holidays and in-service days.
